چکیده
Syphilis is a chronic systemic infectious disease. Gastric involvement is uncommon. We report of a 55-year-old female patient with a history of epigastric pain and a diagnosis of Syphilis confirmed by main clinical symptoms, tolulized red unheated serum test(TRUST) and treponema pallidum hemagglutination assay(TPHA). At the same time, we still reported gastric involvement about syphilis in this patient with gastroscopy and pathology.
